I have always been someone who has taken the unconventional path and found unique solutions to problems. At 14, I dropped out of high school to begin college early, and at 19 became the youngest graduate of the University of Missouri-St. Louis. I carry this “make it happen” mindset in everything I approach.

Growing up with a practice owner mom, I understand the unique stress that presents being an owner-operator. The ongoing changes to the dental industry including emerging DSO’s, changes in the dental insurance landscape, recruiting difficulties, and staff management have all been things I keenly follow. Creating solutions to these challenges is my passion. It is not possible to run a practice like we did 20 years ago, and new solutions are essential to keeping up with ongoing change.

My methodology includes comprehensive diagnostics to determine what works and what doesn’t for your practice or group. Data insights paired with qualitative analysis allow me to identify specific areas of growth; I have a record of implementing change that optimizes your happiness as a provider while driving financial growth to meet your goals.

Ethan is a member of the American Association of Dental Office Management, is a DANB Certified Dental Assistant, and holds Missouri EFDA licensure in Fixed Prosthodontics, Removable Prosthodontics, Restorative I & II.
